If you are like many engaged couples, you may be entirely overwhelmed with the invitation process. Endlessly browsing Etsy, Instagram, Pinterest, imagining your invitation suite - the one that will give your guests just a hint of your perfect day - but knowing that it’s one more decision you need to make in the seemingly endless process of wedding planning.

We’d like to do all of that for you! With a bit of guidance from you, we will create an exquisite invitation suite that is a thoughtful reflection of you as a couple.

Step 1: Getting Inspired!

Here's where we get to know each other. After we receive your basic information, we'll schedule a complimentary consultation either in person, on the phone, or through FaceTime. During this meeting we'll gab about all your ideas as well as our design and production timeline. Creating a workable schedule is something that will help to facilitate an easeful and fun creative process for all. Shortly after our one-on-one, you will receive a personal proposal including a custom digital mood board and an approximate estimate of services.


Step 2: Taking Care of Business

Once you approve our proposal and submit a deposit to secure a place in our schedule, you will be given access to your personal client portal, where you can share photos, ideas, links - basically anything that will continue to help us hone your specific style and what you imagine for your day. You will also be able to communicate directly with us, track our timeline, and receive automatic reminders for payments and proofing approval deadlines.

Step 3: Design Liftoff

This is when the fun really starts. You get to relax (i.e., you'll be able to finally choose those table linens or explain to your great aunt how to get to your wedding website) while we get to do our favorite thing - design something beautiful for you! We will present you with 2 - 3 initial design concepts, shared digitally within your client portal. Once you pick which design you'd like to move forward with, we'll begin the next step.


Step 4: Perfecting + Proofing

At this stage, we will be refining and perfecting your design! This will be a back and forth collaboration, as we confirm details and discuss any remaining issues that may have come up thus far. Throughout the process, you will be receiving both digital and hard copy proofs. These will provide a visual and tactile experience of your invitation suite, to ensure that when we go to print, you feel clear and confident about your design.

Step 5: Print + Mailing

Once the remaining balance has been received, your design is sent to print. We all wait with bated breath until those lovelies are ready to be packed up, mailed out, or delivered to you! If you have chosen to complete your invitation suite with day-of paper goods, such as ceremony programs or menus, we would then begin production of those items at this time.
